Yes! We do free estimates and, if after the contract is signed we find more problems than were first evident, we'll let you know before continuing the work. There are no surprise charges with us.
That's up to you. You can buy the materials, but it's not necessary. We can usually get a better deal on products simply because we have connections at the local hardware and home improvement centers. And, if you have a particular item or style that you want, feel free to come with us and we can do the shopping together!
We don't charge by the hour. We give you a total price for the entire project from start to finish. This way you know exactly what you'll pay instead of having to worry about delays or supply runs.
We take all major credit cards and, of course, cash.
We work 7 days a week from sun-up to well after sundown. There are no set hours of operation, because sometimes a project just has to get done.
While we almost never get this question, everyone wants to know the answer. Every one of our San Carlos handyman contractors has passed a rigorous hiring process. This includes background and credit checks as well as a hands on test of skills. We also make sure that each contractor maintains a clean, professional appearance, and will be in uniform when he arrives at your home.
